We’re looking for a commercially minded Retention Analytics Manager to turn customer data into actionable insight that drives player engagement, value, and long-term loyalty. Sitting at the heart of the lifecycle and CRM ecosystem, this role is responsible for understanding customer behaviour across gaming and sports, identifying opportunities to improve retention, and shaping data-driven strategies that increase customer lifetime value while optimising promotional investment.

You’ll partner closely with CRM, Commercial, Product and Marketing teams to deliver high-impact analysis, support test-and-learn initiatives, and build robust measurement frameworks that evaluate performance across the customer journey. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on analytics — from deep-dive behavioural insight and segmentation development to forecasting, bonus efficiency analysis, and lifecycle performance tracking.

Success in this role means translating complex data into clear commercial narratives, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and ensuring retention activity is targeted, measurable, and aligned to broader business and regulatory objectives.
