performance Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to inform pricing and inventory decisions Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning processes Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy and total revenue across all segments Optimise distribution channels, including OTAs, direct booking platforms, and corporate partnerships Produce regular performance reports and present insights to senior stakeholders Identify new revenue opportunities across rooms, F&B, events, and ancillary services Ensure best practices in revenue management systems and tools Key Requirements Proven experience in a Revenue or Commercial Manager role within the hospitality sector Strong background in hotel revenue management is highly preferred Demonstrable expertise in
