Revenue Support Executive

This role sits within theCrimson Hotels Commercial Team. As the Revenue Support Executive, you will play an important role in supporting the revenue team in driving commercial performance across a region of hotels.
Working closely with the revenue, sales, and marketing teams, you will support the delivery of budgeted rooms and Meetings & Events revenue, contributing to improved market performance and helping the hotels achieve RGI outperformance against their primary competitor sets.
You will utilise revenue systems, reporting tools, and market data to help the team monitor performance, maintain accurate forecasts, and support effective commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Commercial & Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the Crimson Revenue Team.
Assist the Commercial Support Manager with responding to and populating RFPs (Requests for Proposals) on behalf of the sales team.
Maintain and update an RFP tracking log to monitor submission volumes, status, and performance against targets.
Ensure all accepted RFPs have the correct rate codes and SRP configured within property management systems.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and distribute commercial reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including:
Daily pickup reports
Weekly segmentation pickup reports
Month-end distribution reports
Month-end market segmentation reports
Month-end corporate and agent reports
Support the preparation of month-end meeting decks and analysis for the revenue team.
Create and maintain a balanced scorecard for revenue team members.
Revenue & Forecasting Support
Assist the revenue management team with updating weekly forecast files.
Support the preparation of annual forecasts and budget files.
Ensure reporting templates are standardised across hotels to maintain consistent and accurate data.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with sales, marketing, and commercial teams across all brands.
Liaise with the marketing team to ensure the production of revenue-related collateral.
Ensure all collateral used by the revenue team remains current and fit for purpose.
Performance Measurement Success in this role will be measured through:
STR performance
Forecast accuracy
Delphi system utilisation
Keep abreast of industry news / performance / relevant new initiatives.
