A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward Manager to join a large, complex organisation during an exciting period of transformation.
This is a key role within the Reward team, with a focus on benefits, pensions and recognition.
You’ll shape and enhance the reward offering, manage cyclical reward activity end to end, lead communications, oversee governance, and bring market insight to ensure reward remains competitive, equitable and fit for purpose.
We’re looking for someone with strong experience in reward, pensions and benefits, ideally gained in a large or complex environment.
Knowledge of complex pension schemes is particularly valuable, and experience across recognition and wider reward governance would be highly beneficial.
This role is a good fit for someone who is forward-thinking, commercially aware, collaborative, and confident in working autonomously.
Hybrid working on offer, with a strong wider benefits package and long term salary progression with the opportunity to rise from the starting salary to £69,000 over 3 years.
