The Opportunity This is a chance to join a highly respected team advising on complex, high profile developments across London. The consultancy is recognised for delivering strategic Rights of Light advice on some of the capitals most notable schemes. The office is located in the City of London, operating a hybrid model with 2/3 days per week in the office. Project Exposure Work spans a broad range of sectors, including: Residential developments Industrial schemes Commercial office projects Leisure facilities Sports stadiums Healthcare assets The variety of instructions ensures exposure to diverse challenges rather than a narrow project focus. The strength of the current and upcoming pipeline provides long term security and continuity of work. About You To be considered, you must have demonstrable experience in Rights of Light surveying. This is essential. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, commercially aware and confident in managing client relationships. At senior levels, there will be scope to contribute to business development and help shape the teams continued expansion.
