As a Risk & Assurance Analyst, you'll strengthen the frameworks that keep our organisation resilient, informed, and consistently improving.What We're Looking ForEssential:- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, spot patterns, and identify issues.- Clear, concise report writing skills suitable for senior stakeholders.- Ability to translate processes into accessible procedures and guidance.- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.- Experience within risk, assurance, audit, governance, or a similar structured/compliance environment.- Ability to build effective relationships, provide constructive challenge, and improve risk and control information.- Collaborative, confident working style that supports the embedding of consistent risk and assurance practices.Desirable:- Experience in internal audit, assurance reviews, or risk management frameworks.- Training or qualifications in internal audit or risk management (or willingness to pursue them).- Familiarity with government or public sector standards such as The Orange Book.- Experience supporting governance reporting or committee preparation.- Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC).This is an excellent opportunity to shape and influence how risk and assurance operate across GFSL.
