KeyResponsibilities
Arrangeandoverseeinternationalshipments,liaisingcloselywithclients,freightpartners,customsandotherserviceproviders.
Coordinatescheduledanddedicatedroadtransportservices,includingEuropeanroutes.
Plan,schedule,andmonitorconsignmentsusingtransportmanagementandfreightsystems.
Prepareandverifyallshippingandcustomsdocumentation,ensuringcompliancewithinternationalregulations.
Provideaccurateandtimelyprogressupdatestoclientsandinternalteams.
Maintaindetailedandaccurateshipmentrecordswithininternalsystems.
Ensurealloperationsadheretocompanypolicies,industrystandards,andhealth&safetyrequirements.
AboutYou
Previousexperienceininternationallogisticsortransportcoordinationisessential.
Strongworkingknowledgeoftransportationmanagementsystemsandfreightsoftware.
Highlyorganisedwithexcellentattentiontodetail.
Knowledgeofhigh-valuegoodshandlingandfineartshippingregulationswouldbeadvantageous.
Abletoworkbothindependentlyandcollaborativelywithinateamenvironment.
Strongcommunicationandproblem-solvingskills
