At London Platforms Roofing we provide a wide variety of Roofing Services including Pitched Roofs, Flat Roofing, Commercial/ Industrial and Maintenance Work for Block Managers and Councils.

Experience of working on M3NHF Schedule of Rates Contracts Advantageous for councils and housing association. Experience working off cherry pickers advantageous, but training can be offered.

*This post is for work in London and surrounding areas. TW/KT/UB/HA/W will be your most visited areas.*

We use aluminium towers and traditional scaffolds to access the roof work area but also have our own unique fleet of Vehicle Mounted Access Platforms to provide access.

IPAF licence an advantage, CSCS card is preferred.

Experienced Roofer Required: All Round Domestic, Residential and Commercial a benefit. * Slating and Tiling * All single ply roofing materials * Installing GRP roofing systems * Felt and batten * Roof repairs * Driving licence required.

*Salary: £20 PH *(options on pay structure)

*Experience:* * Roofing: 3 years (preferred) * Working at height using a cherry picker: 1 year (preferred) * IPAF/ MEWP Licence: 1 year (preferred)

*Licence/Certification:* * Driving Licence (required) * CSCS (preferred) * IPAF (advantageous) * PASMA (advantageous)
