THE ROLE
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
Ensuring guest rooms are prepared in line with hotel and brand standards
Reporting anything that could impact the guest experience
Learning your guests likes and dislikes to personalise their experience
Providing genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests

ABOUT YOU
Ideally you would have previous experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar Lifestyle boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/bar
Have an open and approachable manner, great communication skills and thrive on interacting with people
A fantastic team player
An eye for detail and an understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service
