We are seeking an experienced Room Service Manager , responsible for the overall operations and financials of the Room Service while ensuring the provision of quality food and beverage service as an industry leader.

Key accountabilities
Exceeds guest expectations with service, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles, focusing on the core principles. Looks for improvement for better service standards with a general theme of anticipating the guests' needs.
Understands all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
Ensures that all areas within responsibility operate in line with maximising profit while delivering on the excellence in product and service.
Hires, develops, motivates, supervises, and performance manages department employees in maintaining a culture in compliance with mission, vision, values and cores principles HSH.
General requirements
Proven track record of successfully holding a similar position in a Luxury Hotel environment with similar standards and expectations.
Broad F&B knowledge. Previous London experience would be desirable.
Excellent time management, organisational skills, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
Fluent English communication proficiency. Expertise in a second language would be desirable.
