Role Summary In response to ongoing strategic initiatives and increasing demand for automation expertise, Our Client is seeking an experienced RPA Developer. This pivotal role is designed to enhance their automation capabilities and support digital transformation projects. Responsibilities You'll be required to come in and deliver end-to-end solutions, starting with the discovery phase Design, develop, and implement automation scripts and solutions using leading RPA tools Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical automation workflows Test, debug, and optimise RPA processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and reliability Maintain documentation and version control for automation assets Support deployment and integration of RPA solutions within existing systems Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to automation solutions as needed Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in robotic process automation

Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience developing RPA solutions with Blue Prism Strong programming skills in languages relevant to RPA development Solid understanding of process mapping, analysis, and optimisation techniques Experience integrating RPA tools with enterprise systems and databases Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical teams Demonstrable experience delivering automation projects within a corporate environment

Essential Skills & Experience Knowledge of AI and machine learning integrations with RPA Experience working with a Police Force Strong experience with Blue Prism Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies Previous exposure to cloud-based automation deployment Certifications in recognised RPA platforms or related fields Experience working in a regulated industry environment
