At Able Personnel , we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Safeguarding Officer to join their expanding team based in Crewe, with travel across local sites when required.
This is a full-time permanent position focused on providing front line safeguarding and welfare support to learners, primarily those aged 16 to 18 and learners aged 19 + with additional needs. You will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive environment where learners feel heard, protected and empowered to thrive.
You will work closely with the Safeguarding and EDI Lead and wider delivery teams to respond to safeguarding concerns, support learner wellbeing, and contribute to a strong safeguarding culture across the organisation.
