As part of this expansion, they are looking to recruit a Sales Account Manager who can support and develop key customer relationships while contributing to their broader commercial strategy. The role:
This is a client-facing role responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities and delivering tailored technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
You will act as the main point of contact for customers, providing quotations, technical guidance and coordinating projects from enquiry through to delivery.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with key accounts across designated sectors Prepare quotations and technical proposals in line with customer specifications Work closely with engineering, sales and manufacturing teams to deliver customer solutions Identify and develop new business opportunities within your region Manage customer orders, delivery schedules and project margins Coordinate installation and commissioning activities where required Maintain accurate customer records and provide internal reporting Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions and industry eventsThe person:
Experience in account management, technical sales or commercial sales within an engineering, manufacturing or technical environment Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Confident presenting technical products and solutions to clients Highly organised with strong commercial awareness Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skillsTo apply:
