Role: Sales & Account Support Executive
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE)

The Opportunity
We’re supporting a well-established and growing consumer brands business operating across beauty, cosmetics and accessories. They’re looking to hire a Sales & Account Support Executive to support the commercial team with day-to-day account activity, onboarding documentation and product launches.
Administration is a key and essential part of this role, ensuring the smooth running of accounts and product launches. At the same time, you’ll work closely with Account Managers, supporting live accounts, contributing ideas and learning the commercial side of the business as well as gaining exposure to other departments.
The Role
You’ll act as a key support function to the commercial team, helping to ensure existing accounts are managed smoothly and that all documentation and processes are completed accurately and on time.
This role suits someone who is organised, detail-focused and keen to build commercial exposure alongside core administrative responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the commercial and account management team
- Support the management of existing retail and distribution accounts
- Complete and maintain New Line Forms (NLFs) and associated onboarding documentation
- Coordinate product information, pricing, specifications and compliance details for retailers
- Support new product launches and range updates with retail partners
- Liaise with internal teams including product development, supply chain, operations and finance
- Maintain accurate records, trackers and reporting for accounts and product lines
- Assist with customer queries and follow-ups
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within required timelines
- Support the onboarding of new accounts and customers
- Help keep internal systems and CRM data up to date
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an administrative, sales support or junior commercial role
- Alternatively, candidates from technical or product development backgrounds with strong organisation skills are encouraged to apply
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
