This is an exciting opportunity for a

Sales Administrator / Key Account Executive

to support a busy sales team and manage customer accounts in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with internal departments including Design, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Marketing, ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support. Key Responsibilities

Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone and email Processing and managing sales orders from start to finish Coordinating with internal teams to meet customer requirements and deadlines Maintaining strong relationships with distributors and customers Supporting after-sales service and resolving customer issues Assisting with promotions and customer training alongside the Marketing team Requirements

Previous experience in a sales, sales support, or customer service role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Bathroom or construction industry experience (desirable, not essential) Degree preferred but not essential Fluent English (additional languages advantageous) Whats on Offer

Competitive salary:

£22,000
