What You'll Do: You will be the heart of our brand. Your role will include:
Engaging with customers in a warm and friendly manner, at our office and over the phone. Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Providing exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless service to customers. Receive and match purchase orders, arranging invoice and deliveries to site. Update Sage. Update internal spreadsheet (excel knowledge is necessary) to maintain records and accuracy for customer delivery.Who You Are: We're looking for individuals who are:
