As a Sales Advisor based in our Barking branch you’ll be responsible for:  

• Ensure that quote requests are processed in an accurate and timely manner

• Establish good relationships with customers, both internal and external to assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives and ensure that sales orders are processed in an accurate and timely manner

• Ensures that all stock levels in Branch are adequate to meet future work, highlight any potential problems

• Collaborate with Office/Counter Manager or Supervisor to achieve customer service

• The above duties and responsibilities are not exhaustive and may be added to or altered from time to time.

This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am - 5pm, and Saturday's (even now and then) from 8am - 12pm (paid as overtime or time in lieu).

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Experience in the Plumbing & Heating Industry would be ideal but not essential.

• Prior sales experience with the ability to engage with the customer to deliver outstanding service.
