Position:
We’re looking for motivated Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You’ll meet prospects in their homes, design tailored solutions, and close sales with confidence.
Key responsibilities:
Design and present windows and doors to homeowners
Deliver accurate quotes
Close sales and complete contracts
Provide excellent customer service throughout
Appointments Provided:
Highly qualified, pre-booked appointments – no cold calling
No affiliates or third-party leads
Appointments confirmed and quality-checked to the highest market standard
Strong conversion-focused pipeline to maximise your earnings
Requirements:
Proven sales experience
Driven, self-motivated, and target-focused
Strong communication and attention to detail
Full UK driving licence
What You’ll Get:
Realistic OTE of £75,000–£85,000 (uncapped commission)
£26,500 per annum

Working Pattern:
Flexible hours (including some evenings/weekends)
