Were recruiting on behalf of a well-established global manufacturing business in Stokesley who is looking to appoint a Sales Coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a newly created role working with the Sales team, and would suit an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys supporting sales teams, dealing with customers, and working with data. Youll be a key enabler for Sales Account Managers, helping grow the UK sales pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing day-to-day sales administration support, including order processing and quotations
Maintaining CRM systems (Salesforce), ensuring accurate and up-to-date sales data
Acting as first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
Supporting UK Sales Account Managers with administrative and coordination tasks
Liaising with internal departments, including technical support, to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Promoting a customer-first approach and managing changing sales priorities
Producing sales data analysis, reports, and basic visualisations to support decision-making
Developing an understanding of the companys core products and solutions
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
Minimum of 12 months experience in a sales administration or sales support role
Strong administrative, organisational, and customer service skills
Confident IT user with experience of CRM systems and data handling
Analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Further business-related qualification
Experience supporting remote or field-based sales teams
Basic commercial awareness and data analysis experience
