Recruitment Revenue is a dynamic, fast-growing company specializing in lead generation for top recruitment agencies. We’re expanding rapidly and are seeking top-tier Sales representatives to join our team.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will focus on cold calling, cold emailing, and managing client outreach to generate high-quality leads for recruitment agencies. You will play an essential role in helping our clients connect with key decision-makers.
You will be instrumental in driving our growth by:
- Making 300 outbound cold calls per day.
- Build and nurture relationships with recruitment agencies and potential clients.
- Working USA business hours from a remote setup.
- Taking full ownership of your performance and outcomes.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems to track leads and prospects.
- Managing your own client portfolio
The Ideal Candidate:

- Experience in outbound sales or appointment setting.
- A clear, neutral English-speaking voice and confident phone manner.
- Relentlessly target-driven, highly competitive, and eager to grow.
- Resilient under pressure with a hunger for results.
- Able to operate autonomously with a strong sense of discipline and structure.
