The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their challenges, and creating qualified opportunities for the wider sales team
Key Responsibilities
Making 40-60 outbound calls per day using provided data to engage new prospects
Building strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders
Updating and managing the CRM system, capturing key insights and using AI-driven tools to refine your outreach approach
Driving attendance to webinars and in-person events focused on emerging technologies and industry challenges
Developing a strong understanding of the company's technology offerings to effectively engage with clients
Keeping prospects engaged throughout the sales journey and supporting the closing process where required
Continuously refining your approach by analysing performance and adapting your style to different audiences
