Location: Manchester
Are you ready to kick-start your career in tech sales? As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy—connecting with potential customers, sparking meaningful conversations, and fuelling the sales pipeline.
This is more than just a numbers game. You'll develop commercial skills, master the art of consultative selling, and work closely with an experienced sales and marketing team that’s invested in your growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients across multiple channels including email, phone, LinkedIn, and social platforms
Qualifying: Understand client needs through discovery calls and assess how our solutions can help—you're the first step in a successful customer journey
Relationship Building: Create genuine connections with prospects by delivering value, insights, and thoughtful follow-ups
Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and Customer Success to align outreach efforts and optimise lead generation
CRM Management: Maintain clean and accurate records of all interactions, ensuring pipeline visibility and momentum
Market Insight: Research target industries and track trends to identify new business opportunities and refine outreach
