Senior Sales Development Representative / Account Executive
London
£45,000 - £50,000 (plus uncapped quarterly commission structure)
We are proud to partner with a early-SaaS startup who is looking for a founding Sales Development Representative / Account Executive to help shape its go-to-market strategy and drive early revenue growth.
This is a unique opportunity to join a small, ambitious team where your input will directly influence how the company builds its commercial function, scales its customer base, and defines its sales playbook.
If you’re entrepreneurial, resourceful, and excited by the idea of building something from scratch, this role is for you.
About the role
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn, video)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, run discovery calls, and manage early-stage opportunities.
- Use CRM and engagement tools to track activity and pipeline.
- Capture market insights and customer feedback to help shape product direction and go-to-market strategy.
- Be part of a tight-knit founding team, working closely with leadership on growth initiatives.
About you
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a B2B SaaS SDR or AE role, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
- You’re a confident communicator and are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders across multiple channels.
- You have a strong track record in building a pipeline and hitting or exceeding targets.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn about new technology and markets.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and enjoys building from the ground up.
