We are working with a fast-growing National Fire & Security contractor, based in the North West, to recruit a Sales Director to lead their Sales Team and continue their rapid expansion within the sector.
Sales Director Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the sales strategy aligned with our growth plan.
- Lead a high-performing sales team (BDMs, Account Managers, Estimators).
- Drive new business in key sectors: education, healthcare, government.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships.
- Contribute to key sales and framework wins.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
- Stay on top of industry standards (BS5839, NSI, BAFE).
Sales Director Experience:
- Proven sales leadership experience in fire protection or a technical services industry.
- Strong commercial mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Ability to build and motivate a results-driven team.
