The Opportunity


We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Director to lead a specialist managed service focused on automated IT delivery and lifecycle management for enterprise and upper mid-market organisations.

This is a strategic leadership role where you will define the go-to-market approach, build capability within the sales function, and position the service as a leading solution for remote and hybrid workforce enablement.

You will operate at C-suite level, build strategic partnerships, and ensure alignment across marketing, product, operations and customer success teams.


Key Role Responsibilities


  • Define and execute the sales and growth strategy for a managed IT services division
  • Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Deliver team-based revenue and growth objectives
  • Build and maintain senior C-suite customer relationships
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across the wider business
  • Lead strategic partnerships and represent the division at executive level


Key Attributes Required


  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within B2B technology or managed services
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling sales teams
  • Strong track record engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into measurable results
  • Commercially astute and confident shaping market positioning
  • Experience selling differentiated, service-led solutions (highly desirable)
