We are now scaling aggressively from £10M to £100M+, and we are hiring a Sales Director to build, lead, and scale our entire B2B sales operation. The Opportunity This is a pivotal senior leadership role. You will take full ownership of the sales function, leading multiple sales teams, building structure and systems, and creating a world-class sales organisation capable of supporting rapid growth. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Growth Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives and long-term growth plans Drive revenue growth as the business scales toward £100M+ valuation Identify new market opportunities within the construction and trade sectors Leadership & Team Development Lead, inspire, and mentor multiple sales teams Set performance standards through personal excellence and leadership by example Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, positivity, and results Recruit, train, and develop future sales leaders beneath you Performance & Execution Consistently exceed sales targets at both individual and team levels Implement scalable sales processes, reporting, and KPIs Adapt strategies quickly in response to market changes and performance data Market & Industry Insight Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs Use insights to refine messaging, offers, and sales approaches Leverage construction industry knowledge to create strategic advantage About You Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets Demonstrated experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams Strong closing ability with confidence at senior decision-maker level Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability Highly driven, resilient, and results-focused Desirable Experience within the construction, trades, or education sectors Background in high-growth or scale-up environments Experience managing multi-team or multi-layer sales organisations Benefits & Package £100,000
