Together we are striving for better patient safety and the development of strict, accredited regulations for the aesthetics industry. We are now seeking to recruit a Sales Director to drive the expansion of our services across our network of clinics in the UK. The successful candidate will become an important member of our senior management team, and must be able to demonstrate excellent business development and strong leadership skills, both within their business area and group wide. The Sales Director will be responsible for a range of operational matters to include, ensuring the highest standards of patient care are delivered and investment returns at every clinic they oversee. Our ideal candidate will already be working in a senior management role with an Aesthetics or healthcare business and have the ability to lead and motivate their team to achieve outstanding results. Duties
Responsible for providing operational direction and leadership for the business. Ensure our clinics provide safe, effective, caring and responsive best-in-class patient care in a high quality clinical environment. Promote and safeguard the wellbeing of all patients and colleagues at all times. Possess a strong commercial awareness and be able to demonstrate a track record of achieving targets. Meet and exceed all financial objectives, operational targets and KPIs for their division. Senior management experience in an Aesthetic environment is desirable. Proven leader with exceptional strategic planning abilities. Demonstrate excellent communication and people management skills.
Our ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or be able to show an equivalent level of experience, have a good knowledge of HR procedures and a working knowledge of regulatory requirements. What’s in it for you?
