CNTXT AI is seeking a highly experienced Director of Sales based in the UK to lead and accelerate commercial growth in key enterprise and government segments. You will craft and execute a strategic sales roadmap, build deep client partnerships, and expand CNTXT AI’s footprint across the UK and wider EMEA region. This role combines strategic vision, operational leadership, and a track record of selling complex data and AI solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive sales strategy aligned with corporate goals to achieve ambitious revenue and market share targets in the UK and EMEA.
- Lead full sales cycle execution: prospecting, qualifying, proposal development, negotiations, and closing of enterprise deals.
- Build and nurture C‑Suite and senior stakeholder relationships within target accounts (enterprise, government, and strategic partners).
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, delivery, and partner teams to define compelling offerings and go‑to‑market propositions.
- Coach, mentor and expand the sales team, shaping sales culture, career development, and performance excellence.
- Monitor market trends, competitive positioning and pricing strategies to inform adaptive sales tactics.
- Represent CNTXT AI externally in industry events, panels, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate thought leadership.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline reporting and CRM system integrity for executive insights.

✔ Driving consistent, predictable revenue growth from new and existing enterprise accounts.
✔ Establishing CNTXT AI as a trusted partner for AI‑ready data and sovereign AI solutions in the UK market.
✔ Scaling a high‑performing sales organisation that collaborates effectively with product and delivery teams.
✔ Expanding long‑term strategic partnerships and commercial ecosystems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience, ideally within enterprise technology, data platforms, cloud, AI solutions, or digital transformation sectors.
- Proven track record selling complex technical solutions into large organisations, including public sector and regulated industries.
- Strong consultative selling and executive engagement skills.
- Experience building and leading high‑performing sales teams.
- Excellent business acumen, negotiation, and forecasting capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented startup environment.
- UK work eligibility and travel flexibility across EMEA.
