In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and families, providing information about UniAdmissions' bespoke educational programs and courses. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to leads, guiding clients through the admissions process, tailoring solutions to individual needs, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Your role will directly contribute to helping students achieve their academic aspirations.QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey information effectively.Experience in sales, client advising, or customer relationship management, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering service excellence.Organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work setting.Proficiency in using CRM tools and software, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; background in education, admissions, or a related field is an advantage.Passion for education and knowledge of the Oxbridge and medical school application process is a plus.Experience working remotely and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
