About the Role
As a New Homes Sales Consultant / Sales Executive / Sales Advisor, you will: Take full ownership of sales performance across assigned developments
Manage and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
Qualify prospective buyers, identify needs, and secure reservations
Deliver an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to completion
Promote recommended services (mortgage advisors, solicitors, etc.)
Maximise sales of optional upgrades and extras
Monitor local market activity and competitor developments
Conduct new home inspections and ensure customer satisfaction
Work in line with company procedures, performance standards, and the Sales Manual
l. What Were Looking For
Proven sales experience
luxury or high-value product sales preferred
Strong organisational and self-management skills
Outstanding customer service and relationship-building ability
Target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding KPIs
Confident using IT systems and CRM platforms
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays
Previous new homes experience is advantageous but not essential
