We’re working with a fast-growing Manchester based, tech-led consultancy that’s quietly disrupting a traditional, outdated industry
They’ve grown over 40% year-on-year, built strong partnerships across the UK, and are now hiring for their 2026 Sales Executive intake.
This isn’t a “dial 200 numbers and hope for the best” kind of role.
It’s consultative, data-driven selling where you’re helping businesses make smarter commercial decisions using better insight and technology.
The Role of Sales Executive
This is a phone-based B2B sales role focused on engaging with UK businesses, understanding their current setup, and helping them improve it commercially.
You’ll be:
* Speaking to business owners and decision-makers daily
* Managing a mix of outbound activity and warm inbound/referral leads
* Running full sales cycles from first conversation to close
* Presenting tailored, value-led solutions
* Building a pipeline and managing it properly (not just winging it)
* Working towards clear, achievable KPIs
It’s a fast-paced, target-driven environment, but one where people actually make money and progress.
What They’re Looking For in a Sales Executive
* Experience in B2B telesales, SDR, BDR or consultative sales
* Comfortable with outbound calling and building pipeline
* Evidence of performance (hitting target, earning commission, etc.)
* Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly
* Competitive, driven, and resilient
* Someone based in the Manchester area
* Someone who wants more than an average sales job
What’s In It For You as a Sales Executive?
* £24,000 – £34,000 basic salary
* £50,000+ OTE (uncapped)
* Clear progression from Sales Executive → Senior → Leadership
