Must have’s
* Previous experience in a telesales role
* Strong communication skills with a confident and engaging phone manner
* Target-driven approach with excellent organisational abilities

* Background in outbound sales or lead generation
* Experience using CRM systems
So, what will you be doing?
* Conducting outbound calls to engage both new and existing clients across the UK
* Developing strong client relationships and identifying sales opportunities
* Promoting services and converting leads into successful sales
* Keeping accurate records of all interactions and activity
* Working towards daily KPIs, including call targets and conversion rates
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
