Sales Executive – Weetabix We’re seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our high‑energy, high‑performing team for Weetabix – one of the top breakfast brands in the UK! Full Time, Permanent Salary: £25,500 to £30,600 per annum (OTE) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Location: Maidstone, East London, Dover, Hastings, and surrounds About the role: This Sales Executive role is with Smollan, working exclusively on our Weetabix team. Your Mission
Develop strong in‑store relationships within Asda, Tesco, Morrison’s, and Sainsbury’s Implement a defined perfect store model to optimise store and customer performance Increase visibility and availability by working closely with stores to maintain stock levels and secure secondary displays Maximise brand awareness and introduce new product opportunities using data, your sales expertise, and the relationships you build at the store level
Qualifications
A full manual UK driving licence for at least 12 months Exceptional relationship‑building and negotiation skills as well as a commitment to delivering excellent customer service Confidence in working with data to drive sales insights The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
