Overview
Sales Executive (Phone-Based).
£40,000 basic + commission (OTE £70k-£80k in Year 1).
Monday - Friday | Fully office-based (with some flexibility on hours).

The Role
As the Property Sales Executive, you will be building relationships over the phone, qualifying leads, presenting opportunities with confidence, and guiding customers through the sales process. Its consultative, upbeat and all about understanding what people need.
No property background needed full training provided. What matters is your enthusiasm, resilience and ability to connect quickly with people.
What You Will Bring
Confidence and warmth on the phone.
Strong people skills and an engaging communication style.

Comfortable working at pace and managing a high volume of calls.
A genuine interest in helping customers make informed decisions.
Whats on Offer
Basic salary up to £40,000.
Realistic OTE of £70,000£80,000 in your first year.
