Your role :

Convert inbound and outbound leads into booked consultations and treatments Build rapport with potential patients through calls, emails, and in‑person interactions Confidently discuss treatment plans, pricing, and finance options Hit and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a patient‑first approach Work closely with the clinical and marketing teams to optimise the patient journey

You’ll need :

Proven experience in sales, ideally within healthcare, luxury, or service sectors A natural people person – confident, empathetic, and driven Strong communication and persuasion skills A results‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
