Working Pattern: Thursday – Monday, 10:00am – 5:00pm The Opportunity An excellent opportunity to join a well-established housebuilder in the Durham area, offering strong earning potential and clear career progression. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering a 5* customer experience while working in a target-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through the full home buying journey, from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a smooth and professional service throughout. The Role
Managing the full sales process from enquiry to completion Welcoming and qualifying prospective purchasers Delivering a high standard of customer service at all stages of the journey Negotiating sales and supporting customers through to exchange and completion Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors Maintaining accurate records and completing all required administration Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activity Working towards and exceeding sales targets
About You
Experience within new homes sales or estate agency Strong customer service and communication skills Target-driven with a proven ability to close sales Well-presented, professional, and personable Organised with good attention to detail A team player with a proactive and motivated approach
Remuneration and Benefits
Basic salary up to £30,000 £400 on over-budget plots Quarterly bonus up to £3,000 (£12,000 annually) 5% commission on extras (uncapped) Company pension scheme Ongoing training and development
