Sales & Key Account Manager high value

NEW VACANCY: We are recruiting on behalf of our client who deal with high value shipping and logistics. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop sales opportunities with both new and existing clients Educate clients on the companys history, specialist services, and pricing structures Regularly review client rates and tariffs, supporting management with rate reviews Assess client needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term relationships Provide professional customer service in person at the Hatton Garden office and during client visits Proactively arrange, attend, and participate in client-facing meetings Liaise effectively with internal Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery Coordinate with subcontractors, couriers, and visiting partners Support the office team by managing a high volume of emails and phone calls Receive, process, and manage shipment bookings from clients Communicate sales quotations and proactively update clients on any shipment delays or issues Physically handle and prepare shipments for dispatch in line with security procedures Handle and distribute letters, cheques, and sensitive documentation Provide cover for team members during periods of absence and promote teamwork Recommend and implement service improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency Support marketing and social media initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales Assist with client events, hand-carry shipments, and other business-critical requirements Create and present client-facing and internal materials, including presentations, rate sheets, and reports About You Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, security-sensitive environment Confident liaising with clients, colleagues, and external partners Willing to be hands-on and flexible in supporting business needs
