Day to Day
Accurately post and allocate customer payments to the correct accounts
Maintain and update the sales ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded in a timely manner
Investigate and resolve unallocated or misallocated cash
Reconcile customer accounts and support month-end processes
Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve queries professionally
Support the finance team with general administrative and transactional tasks
Assist in continuous improvement of processes and controls within the transactional services function
What will you bring?
Experience in a finance or transactional services environment - sales ledger experience preferred
Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail
Confidence working with finance systems and Excel
A proactive, organised approach to managing workload
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
