Our client is a leading provider of scaffolding solutions across construction temporary works, providing expertise for civil infrastructure, building, rail, power and utility projects across the UK and Europe.
Based in London and the South East, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with extensive knowledge of the Construction Temporary Works industry including the successful selling of Scaffolding Solutions.
In this position, you will:
Lead the scaffolding sales team to achieve revenue targets,
Develop and implement a strategic business plan to grow market share across scaffolding
Identify target projects in their early stages in order to develop potential business
Develop a project pipeline to grow market share
Grow revenue from existing customer
Maintain and develop relationships with major customers
To be considered, you will offer:
Demonstrable experience gained in Temporary Works
Demonstrable track record of selling scaffolding solutions
Experience of growing key client relationships
Good networking skills
Good commercial experience
Good communication and relationship building skills
Whats on Offer Annual salary up to £70,000 per annum
