Our spaces are focused on providing our customers with the best possible community experience - from facilitating networking opportunities, to running member events, to having beautiful but functional event spaces. We cover everything needed in a working day.


Headed up by co-founders Dan and David, you’ll work closely with them directly and our amazing front of house teams and community managers. It’s a small but mighty team ready to grow!


About the role


Reporting into our co-founders, you will be responsible for sales at our site in London Fields. We are looking to push the product in different directions and need someone motivated to help drive new businesses and ideas to the space.


Key responsibilities


 Reviewing inbound leads, and accurately qualifying clients for the

property

 Actively seeking out new sales prospects through cold calling, networking,

and social media

 Liaise with the brokers and agents to develop relationships, educate them about their

product and ensure we receive as many leads as possible.

 Manage our direct leads (from existing members, via our website and word of

mouth) to ensure strong tour and then sales conversion.

 Manage our broker leads to ensure strong tour and then sales conversion –

build relationships and educate.

 Qualify leads across various product lines and buildings.

 Feedback to co-founders on trends you’re seeing the market and feedback

from brokers, members and potential members.

 Attending events to develop relationships.

 Arranging viewings and attending viewings when needed.

 Achieve monthly targets on viewings and sales.

 Ensure all data is input accurately and reliably into our system and produce activity reports.


Who are you?


● 2 – 4 years experience at a co-working/creative workspace business or flexible brokerage.

● Tenacious individual who doesn’t take no for an answer.

● Ability to work and act independently or as part of a team.

● Can suggest creative ways to sell space, structure deals and progress the business.

● Passionate, interested and self-motivated.

● We’re looking for a well rounded, pro-active and tenacious person to join our team.

● Good relationships across the flex broker community.

● Strong organisation and communication skills

● Natural relationship builder.
