We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join our highly successful and busy Wandsworth/Battersea Sales team. This role offers the opportunity to sell properties in and around the Northcote Road and Wandsworth/Battersea areas while collaborating closely with our network of South West London offices.We are the world’s leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors. Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 20,000 people in 487 Offices across 53 Territories.We are looking for a highly capable agent, who is self-sufficient, self-motivated, and has a passion for outstanding customer service.You will be responsible for:Manage day-to-day interactions with buyers, including arranging viewings and securing sales.Maintain accurate records on our internal database.Professionally handle enquiries from various channels, including internet, phone, and walk-ins.Conduct property viewings and follow up on feedback from prospective buyers.You will have experience working as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Negotiator, or have at least 2 to 5 years’ experience working in a sales or customer service driven role and will have excellent customer service skills. You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with vendors and buyers, whilst also having a proven track record in closing deals.
