6:00pm, Friday 9:00am

5:30pm, plus every other Saturday 9:30am

Benham & Reeves are currently seeking an experienced and driven Sales Negotiator to join a well known multi branch estate agency within their New Developments team based in North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional with a proven estate agency background who is looking to progress within a high-performing business.

Key Responsibilities: The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for generating sales, managing applicants and vendors, and delivering a high-quality service throughout the sales process. Arranging and attending property viewings Negotiating sales to achieve the best outcomes for clients Booking valuations and conducting them where required Managing and organising own diary effectively Generating new business opportunities and maximising sales leads Listing and marketing new development properties Liaising with buyers, vendors and internal teams Supporting the Branch Manager and wider team Maintaining accurate records on internal systems Delivering exceptional customer service at all times Qualifications and Experience: All applicants for this Sales Negotiator role must meet the following criteria: Minimum 12 months experience within estate agency sales Proven track record in residential property sales Strong knowledge of the local market (Hampstead/New Developments preferred) Professional, driven and personable approach Excellent communication and customer care skills Highly organised with the ability to manage own workload Target-driven with strong commercial awareness Full UK driving licence preferred Own car ideal (petrol allowance £200£250 per month) Whats on Offer: Competitive basic salary (discussed at interview) Uncapped commission structure (10%) OTE circa £50,000 Petrol allowance contribution Opportunity to join a high-performing and supportive team Clear progression opportunities within the business Due to the high volume of applications, only successfully shortlisted candidates will be contacted, usually within 5 business days of their application.
