As a Sales Office Manager based in Norwich youll be responsible for: Leading the sales office, managing a sales team of two Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring excellent service Managing your own customer ledger Analysing sales reports Conducting performance reviews, 1:1s, recruitment, and providing cover for the Branch Manager when required. xehkeey
