Job Description: Sales Representative

• £30,000 - £35,000 plus company car and bonus / incentives

Dynamic and enthusiastic sales person required for this hybrid role. Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, you willperform a sales role divided between office and field based time.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Inherit a portfolio of c200 independent pet shops
• Use phone calls, emails and visits to build strong relationships
• Assess the sales potential for each and plan visits appropriately
• Use your time effectively by planning multiple visits in each UK location
• Communicate new products and special offers to stimulate demand
• Provide on-site product training and merchandising
• Stay away as required

A small business that is focused on quality over quantity in everything it does. This new role has been created to drive sales growth and high levels of customer service.

Candidate profile: Sales Representative

We are looking for a special person rather than for experience. The right candidate will be:

• Living within a commutable distance of the Cotswolds
• A natural people person with an abundance of self confidence and energy
• An excellent communicator - in person, over the phone and in writing
• A level / graduate level education and IT literate
• Some field sales experience. Able to plan and execute a sales appointment
• Keen to learn and a pet lover.
• A full driving licence is essential

Salary/Benefits Information:

• £30,000 - £35,000 plus bonus and company car. Expenses when travelling. Laptop, mobile, pension plan.
