Sales Support Co-ordinator , youll play a pivotal role in ensuring critical medical equipment reaches hospitals nationwide. Customer stock replenishment Loan kits for surgical procedures
Coordinating sales invoicing and credit control with the overseas parent company Supporting conferences, exhibitions, social media activity and promotional campaigns Working closely alongside a colleague in a similar operational role Key Responsibilities Deliver first-class customer support via phone, email and order handling Organise loan kits, prepare checklists and produce delivery notes using the Inventory Management System Receive, inspect and accurately record all goods delivered Pick, pack and prepare shipments in line with customer requirements Arrange dispatch and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate Raise purchase and sales orders with precise data input Liaise with carriers, track shipments and resolve any delivery issues Maintain detailed records of all UK sales orders Support the Managing Director with conferences and events Work with the international marketing team on UK promotional activity Provide wider operational support to the sales team Manage invoicing, payments and customer account queries Assist with additional duties as required What Youll Bring Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail A proactive, adaptable approach with confidence to take initiative Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset Competent IT skills and confidence working with numbers Ability to manage key operational processes independently Well-developed time-management and prioritisation skills Sales or marketing experience is beneficial for future projects Ready to Take the Next Step?
