This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Architect to take ownership of solution design and delivery across major Field Service initiatives. What You'll Be Doing Designing and architecting Salesforce Field Service solutions aligned to business objectives. Leading end-to-end Field Service implementations from discovery through go-live and optimisation. Supporting pre-sales activities with solution design and technical expertise. Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders to maximise the value of the Salesforce platform. What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Field Service solutions. Proven experience in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Consultant role. Strong understanding of field service and asset-based service models. Experience designing scalable, high-performance Salesforce architectures. Nice to Have Experience contributing to AI-enabled or agentic Field Service use cases.
