(Email, SMS, Web, Automation) Proficiency in

Content Builder ,

Journey Builder ,

Automation Studio , and

MobileConnect Strong technical skills:

SQL

for segmentation and automation AMPscript

for personalization Server-Side JavaScript

for CloudPages and API integrations

Ability to design

Data Cloud models , configure ingestion, identity resolution, and activate segments Familiarity with

Agentforce Marketing

and eagerness to grow expertise Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence Fluency in English
