Are you an experienced SAP Business One Support Consultant looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a well-established SAP B1 Partner, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team and provide high-quality support to their growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for SAP B1 users, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Assist with SQL queries and database management.
- Support SAP HANA environments, ensuring system performance and reliability.
- Utilise Crystal Reports to create and modify reports.
Key Requirements:
- Experience providing first-line support for SAP B1.
- Previous experience working with an SAP B1 Partner.
- Strong understanding of SQL and HANA databases.
- Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports, DTW, and Boyum B1UP and Print & Delivery.
- Knowledge of BPA is required.
- Sharperlight is desirable.
- Experience supporting Produmex WMS and Scan is advantageous.
Salary: Our client is offering a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) + benefits.
Location: This is a fully home-based role with no requirement to travel.
