SAP Programme Manager

We’re hiring on behalf of a global consulting firm renowned for delivering large-scale digital and ERP transformation programmes across the public and private sector.

They’re looking for a high-performing SAP Programme Manager to lead complex multi-workstream programmes – from early-stage advisory through to delivery and post go-live optimisation. You’ll work alongside experienced SAP leaders within a mature consulting environment, helping major clients unlock real business value through SAP S/4HANA.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning end-to-end programme delivery across complex SAP landscapes
• Leading cross-functional teams through mobilisation, design, implementation and transition
• Acting as senior point of contact for clients, driving confidence and clarity across all phases
• Managing risk, governance, and financial performance
• Supporting growth of the SAP practice, mentoring talent and contributing to pursuits

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale SAP transformations, ideally within a consultancy setting
• Deep understanding of S/4HANA and associated modules across Finance, Supply Chain or Procurement
• Strong commercial acumen and client-facing leadership
• Gravitas to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Experience in regulated sectors (e.g. FS, Pharma, Energy, Public Sector) is a plus
