SAP Technical Project Manager - SAP S/4 HANA - Finance Modules Mars is seeking a

Senior SAP Technical Project Manager

to support enterprise-wide SAP transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on

enterprise integrations and finance-led workstreams . This role sits

one level below the Programme Manager

and is responsible for

owning and delivering complex SAP integration landscapes , coordinating across Finance, IT, Architecture, Data, Security, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery. The successful candidate will be a

hands-on delivery leader

- technically credible, financially literate, and comfortable operating in a large, global, matrixed environment. Required Skills Essential Strong experience as a

SAP Technical Project Manager / Integration Lead Proven delivery experience in

SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC environments Hands-on ownership of

enterprise integration landscapes

(SAP ? non-SAP systems) Solid understanding of

SAP finance processes

(e.g. R2R, O2C, P2P, cFIN) Experience managing

multi-vendor, global delivery teams Strong delivery governance skills (RAID, cutover, UAT, change, reporting) Desirable Experience in

large global organisations

(FMCG, manufacturing, regulated environments) Prior experience with

SAP CPI / PI / BTP , middleware, or integration platforms Finance or accounting exposure (e.g. worked closely with CFO / Finance teams) Previous experience working in a

Mars or Mars-like environment (FMCG) Key Duties Integration & Technical Delivery Own end-to-end delivery of

SAP enterprise integrations

across S/4HANA, ECC, and satellite systems Coordinate integrations between SAP and third-party platforms (e.g. finance systems, reporting tools, SaaS applications) Manage

integration dependencies, testing cycles, cutover planning, and go-live readiness Work closely with SAP architects, integration leads, and infrastructure teams to ensure technical alignment Finance-Focused Programme Support Lead integration activities across

finance domains

including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Central Finance, and reporting Partner with Finance stakeholders to ensure

clean reconciliations, data integrity, and compliance Support audit readiness and finance governance requirements during delivery Project & Stakeholder Management Manage day-to-day delivery of assigned workstreams under a Programme Manager Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, Data, Security, Infrastructure, and SI partners Maintain RAID logs, integrated plans, milestones, and delivery reporting Provide clear, concise updates to senior stakeholders and PMO forums
